Artyom Polivanov, 25 years old

I'm 25 and frankly speaking, until recently I felt as if I had been thrown out into the open ocean in a leaky boat. All around is solid digital noise and mental chaos. You go into the news, and there is either horror, or another set of bans and paranoia. You scroll the feed, and there everyone is "successful," and you sit and don't understand where generally to go? Whom to believe? It seems like everyone says smart words, but you look at the world around you, and it’s like they aren’t listening to each other at all. And the question naturally arises - what is left to hold onto if everything might turn upside down again tomorrow?

Mikhail, 35 years old, Single father.

I don't know how others come to understand their strength and place on this planet, but for me it worked like this. I was married, my wife simply left for a more affluent person, but the child stayed with me. When you are left alone with a child in your arms, the world instantly changes colors. Before, I believed in sincerity, in soul warmth, but life gave me a hard landing: I faced the fact that today intimacy often turns into an ordinary market, where they only look at your wallet, and people behave like predators. At some point, my hands simply dropped. I didn't understand how I was to raise my son in this world, how to teach him love and humanity, if all around is continuous consumption and chaos, and the ground is slipping from under your feet every day.

Tatiana Krasnova, 57 years old, housewife.

I am 57, and for a long time, I lived in 'everyone else first' mode. My children are grown, my grandchildren are getting older, and it seemed like the time had finally come to live for myself. But suddenly, I realized I simply didn't have the energy for it. It felt as if the main light bulb inside me had burned out. My thoughts were fuzzy, I became forgetful, tired easily, and felt exhausted by lunchtime. I blamed it on age, on 'metal fatigue,' thinking it was just the natural process of fading away.

Anna, 32. Practicing Psychologist

I want to write a review about my experience in bringing myself back to normal and rebuilding my mental and psychological state. At one point, I hit a wall. I had dutifully completed all the top marketing courses for experts: endless funnels, warm-ups, and the 'one pain - one solution' formula. But it didn't work. My social media became a graveyard of identical posts; clients were few, and those who did come drained the life out of me. I was burning out, feeling that the very essence of my profession was being lost behind these templates.

Igor Kovalev, 41 years old

By my forties, I had turned into a professional "truth seeker". I have completed probably all possible coaching, retreats, and practices on spiritual development. I spent huge amounts of money, listened about "mindfulness", "immersion in the unconscious", and "purpose". And you know, what was the result? The more I "developed" in these courses, in quotation marks precisely because of this, the more garbage and chaos appeared in my head. In life there was stagnation just as there had been, in my head it was a mess, and my wallet became empty after each subsequent "magic" course. I was simply falling apart, trying to assemble myself from beautiful, but absolutely useless quotes.

Max, 27. AI Systems Developer

My typical day just six months ago: 14 hours at the monitor, liters of coffee, a vape you never let out of your hands, and eternal "brain fog". I was raking in money, studying neural networks, but felt like an old server running at 100% CPU load without cooling. At 27, I fell apart: back, eyes, and most importantly, a complete mental vacuum began to appear often. I simply couldn't recover, the resource was at zero.

My sincere advice to everyone who reads this review and is faced with a choice of what to do next is to listen to your inner feeling, because that's the only way I found this method. About inner resources

A person's greatest resource is not found in the external world. It lies in the state of their consciousness.
When consciousness is scattered, there is not enough energy for goals, growth, or even health.
When consciousness is focused and stable, strength emerges. Solutions become visible. New opportunities appear. The next steps become clear.
Today, many people are searching for resources outside themselves.

YOU PROTECT PROPERTY, BUT NOT YOUR CONSCIOUSNESS - AND THAT IS EXACTLY WHAT IS BEING STOLEN FROM YOU

Today I want to talk to you not about money, not about success, and not even about psychology in the usual sense. We will talk about something that governs all of this at once - your consciousness. There is one paradox that I have been observing for years, and to be honest, it no longer surprises me, but it continues to destroy lives. People install alarms on their cars, armored doors in their apartments, create the most complex passwords for their phones and banking apps, yet at the same time they calmly leave their thinking completely unprotected. In fact, what you get is - the door is open. Anyone can walk in.

The modern world has ceased to be predictable. We see how old economic models are collapsing, how the climate is in flux, and how rapidly the very state of a human being is changing.
