This section presents the main courses of the International Center for the Development of Consciousness Integra21.
They can be taken either sequentially or separately, depending on the level of readiness of the individual and the task with which the person comes to study.
Each program opens a separate level of work with a person and leads not to the accumulation of abstract information, but to a deeper understanding of one’s own nature, the laws of inner organization, and the possibilities of consciousness in the modern world.
1. Program for Working with the Body
This course is devoted to understanding the physical organism of a person as the foundation of their existence and functioning in the physical world.
This is not simply about the body as a biological shell, but about the body as a carrier of life energy potential, through which reason, will, inner state, and a person’s ability to maintain themselves in material reality are manifested.
Without understanding the laws of the physical body and its interaction with the energy-informational fields of the planetary complex, it is impossible to build a stable life, preserve one’s working resource, and correctly use the possibilities of one’s life potential (and it is different for everyone) to solve one’s life tasks.
2. Program for Working with Consciousness
This course is devoted not to abstract reflections about consciousness, but to its real role in human life. Consciousness determines the quality of perception, the direction of thought, choice, the power of inner presence, and the very way in which a person lives their life.
The program for working with one’s consciousness reveals how it is formed, how it becomes distorted under the influence of the external environment or informational pressure. We explain how to change internal DNA programs so that your consciousness reaches another level of development. We provide proven practical methods and explain how consciousness can be brought to a higher level of functioning.
3. Program for Working with the Subconscious
The course is devoted to the study of hidden internal programs that influence thinking, reactions, behavior, choices, recurring life scenarios, and the very trajectory of a person’s destiny. The subconscious controls a person much more strongly than they realize.
And until these deep mechanisms are understood, a person often lives not by their own free will, but under the influence of internal programs, fears, habitual patterns, and hidden attitudes. This course allows one to come closer to understanding how this layer of inner life is structured and how it can be worked with more deeply and precisely. In addition, the course includes practical technologies for working with the subconscious.
4. Program for Working with the Heart (“The Heart Limit”)
This is one of the key directions of our work, connected with one of the most difficult problems of the 21st century — the overload of the human heart system. People have learned to accumulate experiences, tension, pain, fear, emotional blows, and internal conflicts, but almost no one knows how to properly unload the heart from the deep burden it carries for years.
The heart is no longer only about feelings or diseases of the physical organ.It is a question of energetic, psychological, and physiological overload of the heart energy center, which over time is reflected in a person’s destiny, condition, and health. The work in this course is connected with algorithms of another level, where the heart is viewed not as emotion, and not only as a physical organ of the body, but as one of the most important centers of a person’s inner life, connected with the coordination center of the planetary complex.
5. Program for the Development of Brain Structures
This course is devoted to understanding the work of the brain, its hidden possibilities, and the development of those functions that determine the quality of attention, concentration, stability, perception, and a higher level of inner organization.
This concerns not only the training of the mind in the usual sense of the word, but a deeper work with how the brain functions in different states, how its potential changes during the development of consciousness, and how a person can gradually reach another level of inner organization and thinking.
The course provides practices for balancing the left and right hemispheres of the brain. The practices make it possible to receive information from informational levels of the planet of different frequencies.
In this course, we provide an understanding of how the informational field of the Earth works when the brain structures of a person with different levels of development are connected to it.
Before beginning studies in this course, an obligatory condition for working with our students is the energetic diagnostics of your matrix system. We determine at what level of working capacity the student’s consciousness is functioning.
